Moscow Was Attacked By Ukrainian Drones

Eight drones flew at Moscow on the night of Thursday, December 25, the mayor of the Russian capital Sergei Sobyanin said.

Around 02:00 Minsk time, Sobyanin said that air defense had "destroyed" four drones that attacked Moscow.

In the following half-hour, he said four more UAVs had allegedly been destroyed.

The mayor of the Russian capital said that emergency services specialists were working at the site of "falling debris."

At the same time, the Defense Ministry of Russia's aggressor country said it had "intercepted and destroyed" nine drones over the Moscow region.

The Defense Ministry also claimed that overnight the air defense system had "shot down" 141 drones over 11 Russian regions, as well as over temporarily occupied Crimea and the Sea of Azov.
