AFU General Staff Confirms Defeat Of Russian Warship

Ukraine's defense forces on the night of December 19 successfully droned a Russian warship of Project 22460 "Okhotnik" patrolling near an oil and gas production platform in the Caspian Sea, confirmed by the AFU General Staff on Saturday, December 20.
According to the military, the vessel was hit by several UAVs, the extent of damage and the flight number are being specified.
The operation was carried out by the AFU Special Operations Forces. The SDF said in a statement that the Okhotnik project ship is a modern Russian patrol vessel of the second rank, which has the capabilities to protect the maritime border, patrol and control the maritime situation. Such ships have armament and equipment to perform a wide range of tasks in coastal waters.
The Defense Forces also hit a Lukoil drilling platform at the Filanovsky oil and gas field in the Caspian Sea. The facility produces oil and gas and is involved in supplying the Russian occupation army.
The AFU General Staff also reported the defeat of the RSP-6M2 radar system near Krasnoselskoye in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea. It regulates the movement of aircraft, including in poor visibility conditions.
