FSB Building In Chechnya Burns Down After Drone Attack

Another massive drone attack on military and security facilities was recorded in Chechnya on the night of December 2.

An opposition resource NIYSO, citing local residents and photos and videos obtained.

Local residents note that the explosions on the night of December 2 were extremely powerful and the night was "eventful."

There are reports of blasts in Gumsa (Gudermes) and Tlekhya-Mart in Achkhoi-Martanovsky district.

In particular, in Tlekhya-Mart the blast was directed at the building of the FSB Department, which is located directly next to the building of the OMVD (Regional Department of Internal Affairs).

The photos, which are actively circulated in social networks, show serious damage to the premises. Employees of the special service will probably have to temporarily look for another place to work.

Whether the adjacent building of the Department of Internal Affairs was hit and the extent of the damage is still unknown.

The FSB structures and the Kremlin-controlled local authorities are trying to hide the fact of another attack, forcing employees not to disclose details and not to comment on the event.

Local residents, however, claim that "it is impossible to mistake such an explosion for anything else" - information instantly spread on messengers, and eyewitnesses sent footage from the scene.
