Germany Will Buy Ukrainian Drones And Pay For 200 Bogdan SAU's

Kiev and Berlin have signed contracts worth 1.2 billion euros.
Ukraine and Germany signed agreements worth 1.2 billion euros following the Ramstein meeting on December 16. Among them - the purchase of Ukrainian UAVs by the Germans and payment by Berlin for the manufacture of 200 self-propelled guns "Bogdan".
This is reported by Sharter97.org with reference to the message of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Denis Shmygal.
Shmygal noted that the total amount of contracts concluded with Germany exceeds 1.2 billion euros. Among the concluded contracts are the following:
Germany has signed a contract for long-term supply of spare parts for Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine;
Berlin plans to purchase Ukrainian drones worth 200 million euros;
Ukraine and Germany are deploying the largest artillery project: Berlin will finance the production of 200 Bogdan SAU's for a total of 750 million euros, with the SAU's to be made on the new Zetros chassis;
Ukraine and Germany will also begin joint production of new Ukrainian "Linza" drones;
Some contracts have also been signed for the supply of the latest tactical-level REB equipment.
"Thanks to the agreements between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Germany has pledged to allocate 11.5 billion euros to support Ukraine next year," Shmygal recalled.
