The Russian dictator intends to continue the war against Ukraine.

All goals of the "special military operation" announced for 2022 will be met, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said at an expanded board of the Russian Defense Ministry.

"The goals of the special military operation will certainly be achieved. We would prefer to do this and eliminate the root causes of the conflict through diplomacy, but if the opposing country, their foreign patrons refuse to talk in substance, Russia will achieve the liberation of its historical lands militarily," he said.
