Belousov lied to the head of the Kremlin about the successes of the Russian army.

The head of the Russian Defense Ministry Andrey Belousov, speaking to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin at an expanded board of the ministry, spoke about Russia's so-called successes in 2025. In particular, Belousov announced the capture of the village of Malaya Tokmachka in the Zaporizhzhya region, which, according to analysts, is still under the control of the Ukrainian military.

The Russian publication "Agency.Novosti".

The head of the aggressor country's defense ministry lied to Putin that the Dnipro group was advancing in the Orekhiv direction, had taken control of Malaya Tokmachka and was fighting on the outskirts of the town of Orekhiv.

"Taking control of this settlement will create favorable conditions for further offensive in the northwest of Zaporozhye region," Belousov stated.

The Russian minister's words were illustrated with a map of the front line in Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. However, the village of Malaya Tokmachka was marked on the map in error and did not correspond to its real location, said military analyst Kirill Mikhailov and member of the Conflict Intelligence Team (CIT).
