The AFU Hit A Major Refinery, A Ship And An Oil Depot In Russia

The Ukrainian General Staff reported the details.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces on the night of December 17 attacked strategic facilities of the military-industrial complex and oil refining industry in the Russian Federation, in particular an oil depot and refinery in the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation.

This was reported by Telegram of the AFU General Staff.

"On the night of December 17, 2025, units of the Defense Forces hit the infrastructure of the Slavyansky oil refinery in the city of Slavyansk-on-Kuban in the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation with Deep Strike means," the General Staff noted.

Explosions and fire in the target area were also recorded. The extent of damage to the enterprise is specified.

The Slavyansk refinery processes crude oil and condensate with a capacity of about 5.2 million tons per year as of 2025. It is involved in supplying the armed forces of the Russian occupiers.

It was also confirmed to hit the territory of the Nikolaevskaya oil depot in the Rostov region of the Russian Federation. According to preliminary data, the tank and the riverboat "Captain Gibert" were damaged.

In addition, as part of the reduction of the enemy's offensive potential, a field artillery storehouse of a unit of the 101st separate brigade of the invaders' logistical support was hit on the temporarily occupied territory of Lugansk region.

According to the results of previous missions, it was also established that on December 14 UAVs hit the R. Grayfer drilling rig in the Caspian Sea.

The damage to the stationary platform, which houses the operational and technical module for the preparation and pumping of extracted gas, was confirmed, as a result of which all 14 wells were stopped.
