Ukrainian Special Forces Thwart Russian Attempt To Gain A Foothold Near Pokrovsk

Ukrainian Special Operations Forces foiled an attempt by Russian troops to gain a foothold near Pokrovsk.

The Special Operations Forces reported.

A group of occupants reportedly tried to set up positions along the railroad tracks for further advancement. After detecting the enemy, SDF operators carried out precise air strikes along the routes of their movement, as a result of which a part of the Russian military was eliminated.

To complete the operation, a group of the 3rd Regiment of the Ukrainian SDF moved to a certain area. During direct actions, Ukrainian fighters killed two more Russian servicemen who were hiding in dugouts.

Despite dense artillery fire from the Russian troops, the SDF unit successfully completed the task and prevented the enemy from consolidating their planned positions near Pokrovsk.
