In 2025, almost half of Ukrainians (48%) declared distrust in the United States, while in 2024 there were about a quarter of them (24%).

According to the executive director of KMIS Anton Hrushetskyy, the level of trust in the president may have decreased by 10% amid the corruption scandal, but recovered to the previous level after the dismissal of the head of Zelensky's office Andriy Yermak and increased pressure from the United States.

The majority of respondents (57%) believe that presidential elections should be held in the country only after the war is completely over. In September, 63% of Ukrainians held this opinion. Another quarter of respondents support holding elections in case of a ceasefire and security guarantees (22% in September).
