Large-scale Fires Broke Out At Russian Refineries

Oil refineries in Yaroslavl, Krasnodar Krai and Volgograd Oblast are attacked by drones. There were fires at the refineries.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Russian Telegram channels.

Yaroslavl

Air alarms started sounding in Yaroslavl around 23:00.

Later, a warning about drone danger appeared on local television.

The Yaroslavl airport announced a "Carpet" plan, it does not accept or dispatch flights.

Local residents assume that unknown drones attacked the Slavneft-YANOS oil refinery.

Volgograd Region

Local residents also spotted drones over the town of Uryupinsk in Volgograd Region.

Witnesses reported sounds of explosions and a fire near the local oil refinery.

Subsequently, the hitting of drone debris at the refinery was confirmed by the governor of the region, Andrei Bocharov. He informed that it resulted in a fire at the oil depot.

Residents of houses around the oil depot are being evacuated.

Krasnodar Krai

Explosions were also heard in the village of Afipskoye in Krasnodar Krai.

Local publics with reference to eyewitnesses wrote about hitting the local oil refinery.

There were also reports that the light in the settlement disappeared. Photos and videos of the de-energized settlement appeared online.
