Russia's dictator Vladimir Putin has changed the composition of the Security Council - removed Grozny-born Colonel-General Oleg Khramov from the post of deputy secretary of the organization. This is reported on the official portal of legal information.
It follows from the following document published that instead of Khramov, Maksim Kutomkin was appointed deputy secretary of the Security Council.
Oleg Khramov worked in the structures of State Security from 1973 to 2017, the last years - in senior positions in the FSB, and since 2017 he became deputy secretary of the Security Council.
