A group of Libyan military personnel are being trained in Belarus to maintain "internal security and stability." Eastern Libya's Interior Ministry published a report from the training. In the photo, Libyan security forces learn to disperse protesters with batons.

Libyan security forces "continue an intensive training program in the Republic of Belarus, as part of the Interior Ministry's plan to improve field competence and readiness."

"The program includes daily training in advanced physical training, riot control, tactical operations to counter terror, as well as martial arts and internal conflicts, as well as improving knowledge of first aid," the Libyan ministry said in a statement.

It's not the first time the Libyan special forces have been trained in Belarus. It was reported that the 36th Special Forces Battalion of the LNA trained in our country, and a group of Libyan soldiers from the 87th Rapid Reaction Battalion completed training in September this year.

A video of the training of a group of special forces guarding the Libyan airport in Benghazi was also published.
