Ukrainian border guards have been notified accordingly.

Ukrainian border guards received a letter prohibiting the release abroad of the fired head of the office of the country's president Vladimir Zelensky Andrei Yermak. This was reported by Verkhovna Rada MP Alexei Goncharenko in his Telegram channel.

"At the border checkpoints received a letter banning Andrei Yermak from leaving Ukraine," the MP wrote.

Goncharenko did not give details.

On the evening of November 28, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky accepted Yermak's resignation. The official was fired after a search of his apartment by anti-corruption officers.

The 54-year-old Yermak had been head of the Ukrainian president's office since February 11, 2020, before which he was Zelensky's assistant - in charge of foreign policy and international relations.
