Dmitriev, a representative of the Russian dictator, is on the list.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has signed new decisions on Ukraine's sanctions, which he called "special".
Zelensky said in Telegram.
He said that representatives of Russian government agencies, "pursers" of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, collaborators and persons involved in looting in the temporarily occupied territories fell under the restrictions.
