Roman Bondarenko Memorial Rallies To Be Held In Vilnius And Warsaw

Two memorial rallies will be held in Vilnius on the fifth anniversary of the murder of Roman Bondarenko, according to the Dapamoga organization. Also, according to the Association of Former Political Prisoners "Da Voli," a memorial rally will be held in Warsaw, reports "Belsat".
The first action will be held on Sunday, November 9, at 12:00 on Vintsas Kudirko Square. The organizers ask participants to bring portraits of Roman.
The second action is on Wednesday, November 12 - the day of Bondarenko's murder. The commemorative event will be held near the Belarusian Embassy at Mindaugo g. 13, starting at 19:00.
Those who want to join are asked to bring lamps, flowers and portraits of Roman.
"I'm out!" - these words were Roman's last words.On November 12, 2020, he was killed in Minsk by law enforcers for defending his yard and his heart, for loving Belarus. Five years have passed. But we still remember. We still gather to say: Roman lives as long as we, those who remember him, live. Come. Let's be silent together. In memory of Roman. For all those who were killed by silence and fear. For Belarus, which will definitely become free. Zhyve!", - call the organizers of the action.
On November 9, the action of remembrance will also be held in Warsaw near the monument to Nikolai Copernicus, where Belarusian rallies are traditionally held. The beginning - at 14 o'clock.

On November 11, 2020, Roman Bondarenko, a resident of Change Square on Chervyakov Street in Minsk, noticed that unknown people were tearing off white-red-white ribbons in the yard of his house.
