Zelensky: Ukrainian Units Have "necessary Results" In The Pokrovsk Area

Earlier, the AFU cleared the building of the city council of Pokrovsk and raised the flag of Ukraine there.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has said that "there are necessary results from the units" that are in the Pokrovsk area of the Donetsk region.

"There are necessary results also in our units that are fighting in this direction: our assault units, our operators of the Unmanned Systems Force, our soldiers of the National Guard, the Military Law Enforcement Service, the GUR and, of course, all those of our brigades that are defending the Donetsk region," Zelensky said during an evening address on Wednesday, November 5.

It was reported earlier that attackers of the 425th separate assault regiment Skala turned the Ukrainian flag on the city council building in Pokrovsk.

The General Staff said in a statement that the Defense Forces continued shock and search operations in Pokrovsk, there was no encirclement of Ukrainian units and units.
