First Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Kislitsa said that the beginning of the talks in the United States was successful. He wrote about it on his page in social network X.

"The beginning of the current meeting was successful. Very interesting and so far constructive. Warm atmosphere conducive to a potential progressive outcome. Wonderful leadership of the US Secretary of State Marco Rubio," Kislitsa noted.

In addition, the diplomat emphasized that he appreciates the attitude of the US President's son-in-law Jared Kushner to the talks, as well as the way the politician outlines his vision.

At the same time, Donald Trump's special envoy Steve Wickthoff said he appreciated the talks with Ukraine and said he would travel to Moscow on December 1, "Suspilne" reports.

He said he plans to meet with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin on December 2. Details of such talks are currently unknown.
