Russian Federation staged a provocation near the border of a NATO country.

On Sunday, November 2, the Estonian Foreign Ministry said that a Russian border boat under the flag of the Russian private military company Wagnera was spotted on the Narva River.

The Estonian Foreign Ministry wrote about it on social network X.

The Estonian Foreign Ministry published a photo and video of a Russian border boat flying the "Wagner" flag floating on the Narva River on the border between Estonia and Russia's Leningrad region.

"Is the "Wagner" marching on Moscow again, or are they starting from St. Petersburg this time? It's hard to say. From our point of view, it seems that they [Wagner mercenaries] have annexed the Russian border service. Who knows...," the country's Foreign Ministry wrote.

The Estonian Foreign Ministry has made an inquiry about the incident to the Russian Foreign Ministry.

Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Mihal (Reform Party) commented on the incident. In his social media post, he wrote: "Looks like Putin has run out of ideas - calling for 'Wagner' again?"

According to Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna (Eesti 200), the sight confirms the fact that Russia's "ironclad" system is cracking under the impact of the aggressive war it has launched and the ongoing pressure from the West.

"We can also confirm that whatever the Russians are trying to arrange on the Narva River is happening under our close supervision," Tsahkna said.
