The US president responded on whether to expect strikes on Venezuela.
U.S. President Donald Trump said Nicolas Maduro's days as Venezuelan president are numbered, but expressed doubts that the U.S. would strike Venezuela.
According to CBS News.
Answering a reporter's question about whether Maduro's days as president are numbered, Trump said:
"I would say yes. I think so, yes, yes."
Trump was also asked in the studio if the U.S. was going to launch strikes against Venezuela.
"I doubt it. I don't think so. But they're treating us very badly, not just in terms of drugs - they've thrown hundreds of thousands of people into our country that we didn't want to see," Trump stressed.
In August, US President Donald Trump signed a secret directive allowing for the implementation of direct military operations against Latin American drug cartels that have been designated as foreign terrorist organizations.
