The specialist spoke critically about the financing of soccer in Belarus.

Belarusian specialist, 1982 USSR champion of Minsk Dynamo Liudas Rumbutis spoke about the reduction of the top league, writes "Tribuna".

"Another point - now in the first league there will be no state funding at all. How will these teams live? Not every small town has a big private enterprise. Not every community has a betting company. I don't have an answer.

Football is about funding. There is no funding, there is nothing. We have a little understanding of where the legs grow from in soccer, it's not like we're guarding corn. Just desire alone won't save teams if there is no money and no players. And the coach is also not a wizard to pull such teams," Rumbutis said.
