Ukraine's president refuses to hold talks in Minsk.

Lukashenko spoke about his grievances with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky. He told Kommersant's special correspondent Andrey Kolesnikov at the CSTO summit in Bishkek.

- What kind of mediator will I be?...? We are the aggressors, me and Vladimir Vladimirovich [Putin]... You can hear that everyone agrees to negotiate in Belarus, to cooperate with Belarus, except Volodya Zelensky! What have I done to him? - Lukashenko wondered.

It should be noted that Zelensky has stated several times that the negotiations on the end of the war will not be held in Minsk.
