Peskov explained what happened to the voice of the Russian dictator.

The voice of Russia's dictator Vladimir Putin at the talks in Bishkek was "a little bit grayed out". This statement was made by the Russian ruler's spokesman Dmitri Peskov at a briefing, RIA Novosti reported.

"Well, a little bit gray [voice], it happens," Peskov said when asked what happened to Putin's voice.

He said it will not affect the dictator's work and schedule in any way.

Putin's grayed voice was noticed during his talks with Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov.

Putin arrived in Bishkek on a state visit on November 25. He will stay in Kyrgyzstan for three days, until November 27.
