Where Did Lukashenko's Cell Phone Go?

The cagebuster development has gone bad.
On the BRC channel, analyst Sergei Chaly drew attention to the fact that the idea of "digitalization" in the performance of Belarusian officials began to reach absurdity, writes "Salidarnasts". The first to pull the trick was the head of the Department of Administration Yuri Nazarov, who announced the need to digitize the investment project in Vitsebsk region.
- Now it does not imply the transfer of some business processes into digital. It does not mean the introduction of some information technologies. No. It simply means: let us assign some figure to these plans.

It is getting ridiculous. MTZ reports that they have digitized the production of axes. And then you read what they did there. It turns out that now this documentation on production will not be on paper," said Chaly.
A few weeks ago, Alexander Lukashenko said that some things, "as before," can be stored on paper to avoid leaks:
- Well, and people don't need to worry too much: "Ai there are personal data and something else". Look, we've always had phone books. It says: person, address, phone number. Why are we so worried about these phones? Don't carry them around with you. Don't carry them. I've told you a thousand times. I don't have a cell phone, but I live somehow. Even with Natalya Ivanovna (Kochanova - note) I talk. If I need to talk, she comes up on the government wire.
Chaly commented on Lukashenko's words as follows:
- It remains to be seen how Kochanova finds out that Lukashenko needs to talk to her at this moment.
But the most interesting thing is that about a year ago, in September 2024, Lukashenko demonstrated to BSUIR students the cell phone he uses. And even made a call to show how the KGB-designed device works.
What happened to Lukashenko's cell phone?"
- Spoiled," Chaly suggested, recalling that it was a "KGB development.
The analyst also pointed out that in Lukashenko's election program on the eve of the presidential election-2025 it was written: "By 2030, 97% of administrative procedures will be transferred to electronic form."
- He promised us this less than a year ago, and now he says: "Well, can we still somehow use paper directories?", - said Chaly.
