He addressed the occupants in Ukrainian, as he does not understand Russian.

Bruce, an American volunteer, took the Russians prisoner in the Serebryansky Forest in the Luhansk region along with his twin soldiers as part of an assault group of the 63rd AFU OMBr. At the same time, he addressed the occupants in Ukrainian and told them that he did not understand Russian.

The video of the capture of Russian infantrymen in Serebryansky forestry was published on November 20 on the page in Facebook by the press service of the 63rd separate mechanized brigade of the AFU "Steel Lions". The brigade said that Bruce and his brothers captured four occupants.

"Check out the level of the American warrior's Ukrainian language and especially his politeness - even the Russians were surprised," the 63rd UMBR noted.

In the video, the American shouts in Ukrainian to the occupant to show his hands and urges him to surrender.

"You will live! All right, all right, this way! All right, I'm not shooting! Here, come here! Here, or I'll beat you!" the volunteer says in the video.

Russian servicemen then come out to him with their hands up.

"On your knees, please," the American fighter tells them.

When the occupier complains that he can't wrap his arm behind his back because of the debris, Bruce replies that he doesn't understand him.

"I'm an American, I don't really understand Russian," the volunteer explained to the occupiers in Ukrainian as he took them prisoner in the dugout.
