- 20.11.2025, 15:32
Through December 23.
The Polish Foreign Ministry has announced a deadline by which the staff of the Russian consulate in Gdansk must leave the territory of Poland.
This is reported by RMF24.
The Polish Foreign Ministry said that the Russian consulate in Gdansk will be closed until midnight on December 23. The consulate staff must leave the territory of Poland by that date.
This is the result of a decision by the head of the Foreign Ministry to revoke the consulate's operating license.
The closure of the consulate in Gdansk means that only Russian diplomats from the embassy in Warsaw will remain in Poland.
Reminder, Poland decided to close the Russian consulate in Gdansk after two sabotage attacks on the railway between Lublin and Warsaw.
