Zelensky: Ukraine Will Be Able To Receive SAMP-T Air Defense Systems From France

The agreement signed between Ukraine and France on November 17 provides for the provision of 8 SAMP-T air defense systems to Ukraine in the future, writes "European Pravda".

This was announced by President Vladimir Zelensky at a press conference with his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron on Monday.

It became known earlier that a declaration of intent was signed in Paris on cooperation in the acquisition of defense equipment by Ukraine.

Zelensky detailed that this agreement means the delivery of 8 SAMP-T air defense systems.

"Ukraine will be able to get 100 Rafale F-4 aircraft, very strong French radars, 8 SAMP-T air defense systems, 6 launchers each. These are technical details for someone, but for us it is important. Each launcher, all this is the defense of every life," Zelensky said.
