The USA has powerful weapons that have not yet been transferred to Ukraine. This was stated by the US Permanent Representative to NATO Matthew Whitaker, speaking at a security conference in Riga.

"We have capabilities that are not currently on the battlefield in Ukraine. They are very powerful and can literally do serious damage in a place of our choosing at a time of our choosing, some of them will potentially be transported to Ukraine for use," he said.
