The AFU Disrupted The Russian Summer Campaign

Zelensky revealed the details of the Dobropol counter-offensive operation.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has said that the Defense Forces' Dobropillya counter-offensive operation has disrupted the Russian summer offensive campaign. The enemy suffered tangible losses there, more than half of which were irrecoverable.
Zelensky said this at a meeting with journalists, which was attended by a correspondent of OBOZ.UA. He spoke about the report of the AFU commander-in-chief Alexander Syrsky regarding the situation on the battlefield.
The most intense directions now remain Pokrovsk and Dobropillya in Donetsk region. A counter-offensive operation continues there.
"We believe that it is very difficult, but very timely, and we believe that it is successful. We believe that this operation disrupted the Russian summer offensive campaign. During the Dobropillya operation, we have recorded more than 12,000 Russian losses, of which more than 7,000 have been 'two-hundred' since August 21, since the beginning of this operation," Zelensky said.
He noted that this operation thwarted all those plans that the Russians had communicated to the American side - that they would allegedly occupy most of Donbass just before November. At first the invaders said they would do until September, and then they moved the deadline to November.
"This operation certainly has an impact on the defense of Pokrovsk. Realizing that they have heavy losses with Dobropillya, the Russians are now tasked with taking Pokrovsk urgently - at any cost. This is what we understand from intercepts, from other data. These days the Russians are losing more than 100 of their own per day, up to 200," the head of state said.
The situation in other directions of the front
The situation in the Novopavlovsk direction is very tense. It is the next challenge after Dobropillya and Pokrovsk.
"What do we have there? We have four armies of the Russian Federation that had under fire control or there was some presence of sabotage groups - what we talked about, 8 villages. That's what we have seen. 4 villages have been completely cleared by our troops. We are fighting for 4 more," Zelensky said.
In Kupyansk, counter-sabotage steps are being made by the SDF, the SSU's CSO "A" and storm troopers. The situation in Zaporizhzhya is still unchanged.
In the Limansk direction, the enemy has been restrained in recent days. The enemy has been restrained in the Liman direction for the last few days.
