The two sons of Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin and gymnast Alina Kabaeva have been given cover surnames and documented as Ivan and Vladimir Spiridonov, journalists Roman Badanin and Mikhail Rubin wrote in the book "The Tsar in His Own Right," according to "Agency".
The cover name is apparently related to the patronymic of his paternal grandfather, Vladimir Spiridonovich Putin.
The Russian dictator's daughters from his first marriage - Katerina Tikhonova and Maria Vorontsova - also live under fictitious surnames. Tikhonova's surname most likely derives from the patronymic of Ekaterina Shkrebneva, her maternal grandmother.
️How Elizaveta Olegovna Rudnov, the illegitimate daughter of the ruler Elizaveta Rozova, lived in France. Oleg Rudnov was a St. Petersburg media executive and longtime friend of Putin who died in 2015.
Putin and Kabayeva and their two sons spend much of their time at the president's Valdai residence. A separate wooden palace, a spa center, a children's recreation area and a large-scale park have been built there for Kabaeva, her heirs and servants, Project wrote.
Sometimes Ivan and Vladimir do appear in public, thanks to which it was possible to obtain photos of them.
