Ukraine has responded to strikes of its own on energy infrastructure.

Once again the energy infrastructure in Belgorod was attacked. This is reported by ASTRA.

The Luch substation is reported to have been attacked. Dense smoke is observed above the facility. Local channels report that explosions were heard in the city, probably from rocket attacks.

Russian media reports that one person was killed in the attack. There is no official information. Locals report blackouts in some parts of Belgorod after the attack.

Earlier, Kiev promised a blackout to Russians if strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure did not stop.
