Russians Struck A Maternity Hospital In Sumy With A Drone

There were 166 people in the facility at the time of the attack, including 11 children.

On Monday, October 6, a Russian strike caused the roof of the Perinatal Center in the Ukrainian city of Sumy to catch fire. No casualties or fatalities were reported.

The head of the Ukrainian Presidential Office Andriy Yermak reported that by the time of the attack there were: 11 children, 35 patients, 120 workers inside.

"Everyone managed to go down to shelter. The shelling continues," he reported.

The head of the Sumy OVA Oleg Grigorov specified that the Russians targeted the building of a medical institution in the Kovpakovsky district of Sumy with a drone.

At the time of the attack, 166 people, including 11 children, were inside the institution.
