Later Friday morning, residents of the Vladimir region began publishing footage of the aftermath of a drone attack on the Vladimirskaya power substation near Vladimir. ASTRA conducted a geolocation analysis of the footage and confirmed that this particular facility was hit.
"Eyewitness footage of the attack on the city of Vladimir and the region on the night of October 31 shows that in the village of Energetik the strike hit an electrical substation. According to ASTRA, the footage was shot in the area of Radionovka Street. The attacked substation is located on Energetikov Street," the report noted.
A ASTRA added that the Vladimirskaya substation is a major energy facility in the region. Its installed capacity is about 4,010 MVA, according to the energybase website. The substation is a hub - numerous 110-750 kV power lines depart from it, and it serves the region's energy system.

The attack was confirmed by local authorities.
"The enemy has launched an attack on infrastructure near the city of Vladimir. All systems are currently functioning normally. Specialists are working on site. The threat of a drone attack remains.
