Trump Has Issued A New Ultimatum To Putin

The President of the United States is not going to waste his time.

US President Donald Trump has outlined his position on possible talks with Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin. According to him, any meeting between the leaders should take place only under a specific condition.

It is about the willingness of the parties to talk about peace in Ukraine. Trump said this on Saturday, October 25.

"I will meet with Putin only on the condition that there is a full understanding about concluding an agreement on peace in Ukraine," he said.

The American leader stressed that he sees no point in diplomatic contacts without real prerequisites for reaching agreements.

"We need to know that we are going to conclude an agreement (on ending the war in Ukraine. - Ed.). I'm not going to waste my time," the US president said when asked what Moscow should do to meet with him.

We recall that not long ago Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump were supposed to meet in Budapest. However, the US president then canceled the talks. And subsequently imposed sanctions against Russia's fuel sector.
