US Army Brigadier General: Trump Needs To Send Military To Ukraine

U.S. President Donald Trump should send American soldiers to Ukraine, as well as approve the dispatch of military from NATO allies. This opinion was expressed by retired US Army Brigadier General Steven Anderson on CNN.

"Essentially, Vladimir Putin is a paper tiger. His army is ineffective. I mean, they're like a snail. They could have moved further from the eastern border of Ukraine three and a half years ago and they would have been in Poland by now. That's how ineffective his army is. The US should support Vladimir Zelensky, support Ukraine fighting for all of us," he said.

Anderson added that Trump should give Tomahawk cruise missiles to Ukraine. He also believes that the US should approve sending American soldiers and military personnel from other NATO countries to Ukraine, who would service US military equipment in the country.

In addition, the retired US Army brigadier general said that Ukrainian drones should start being manufactured in the US. He noted that this would benefit the defense of the states themselves.
