The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry published on the War&Sanctions portal data on 10 athletes from Russia and Belarus who participate in propaganda activities and continue to take part in international competitions.

The data was published in the "Champions of Terror" section. The so-called acting "Minister of Sport of the Kherson region" Elena Kirilova (Nadel) - the curator of the federal program of joint sports camps and training of athletes from the captured territories of Ukraine with Russian athletes on the basis of the federal center "Krymsky" - was included there.

There is also Belarusian rhythmic gymnast Alina Gornosko - a participant in the propaganda festival "Time of Our Victories" held on Lukashenko's instructions.

In 2025, this athlete competed in numerous international competitions, notably in Bulgaria, Germany and Portugal as a "neutral athlete".

Also on the list are Russian weightlifters: Yana Sotieva, Regina Shaidullina and Anastasia Romanova.
