Lukashenko signed a decree, which guarantees a monthly supplementary payment to young specialists, who came to the village, for work in the organizations of the agro-industrial complex of the country.

What amount can they count on?

It's about one basic rate. Since September 1 of this year, it is 273 rubles, writes "Belarusians and the market".

At the same time, the additional payment is made not during the entire term of the contract, but only for the first two years. And only for those specialists with higher and specialized secondary education, who have already worked two years on distribution in the organizations of agro-industrial complex and are ready to conclude a labor contract with the latter.

After this two-year period during the next three years, these specialists also receive an increase in salary.

It is, firstly, 0.69 of the prime rate at the expense of the republican budget funds, which are provided for the development of agricultural production, fish farming and processing of agricultural products.

And secondly, 0.81 of the prime rate with the attribution of these additional payments to the costs of production and sale of goods (works, services), taken into account for taxation.
