The dialog was fruitful.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky commented on reports circulating in the media about the likely transfer of intelligence for strikes against Russian Federation and long-range missiles from the United States to Ukraine. He confirmed that he had discussed long-range systems with President Donald Trump.

Zelensky called the dialog with Trump on US long-range weapons fruitful, but noted that the decision should be made by the American leader. The Ukrainian president was responding to journalists' question about US aid to Ukraine ahead of the seventh summit of the European Policy Community on October 2.

"We thank Trump very much for this dialog. We had a really very productive, very fruitful dialog last time. We talked about long-range weapons systems. We'll see. Everything will depend on his decision. This is important," Volodymyr Zelensky said.

The Ukrainian president also noted that Europe is now threatened by Russian drones and drones, and Ukrainian servicemen have relevant experience gained during the war.

"And, of course, we will not stand aside. We will support Denmark, because they are our true friends," Zelensky assured.
