Russian Federation Changes Tactics Of Attacks On Ukrainian Energy Facilities

Now the strikes are hitting the regions one by one.

The aggressor country Russia has changed its approach to air attacks on Ukrainian energy facilities. First Deputy Energy Minister of Ukraine Artyom Nekrasov said this on October 11 during a national telethon.

The video was published in the YouTube channel "My Ukraine".

"We understand that the enemy periodically changes its tactics. If 2-3 years ago they chose large objects of [electricity] transmission and worked on them almost simultaneously, now they are working from region to region," Nekrasov said.

He said Ukraine's task is to attract all possible resources of local administrations, State Emergency Situations Service and analytical companies, companies of emergency brigades "as quickly as possible to supply everything that is going."

Nekrasov said that due to Russian air attacks, the most difficult situation is now in Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Sumy regions and in Donbass.

In addition, many brigades of energy workers are working in Odessa region to power consumers by the end of the day on backup schemes, informed the first deputy head of the Ministry of Energy.
