Before that, he was in charge of the Minsk department.

Aliaksandr Kharashevich has become the first deputy head of the Belarusian Railway. Today the National Legal Internet Portal has published the resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 696 of September 23, which enshrines this decision.

Prior to that, Kharashevich headed the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Railway.

We remind you that earlier the media reported on the detention of the previous first deputy head of Belarusian Railways, Piotr Dulub. Later, the government decree was published, stating that he was detained in connection with violating anti-corruption laws. At the same time, Aliaksandr Lukashenka publicly confirmed the fact of Dulub's detention.

Later, another deputy chief of the Belarusian Railways, Siarhei Sizin, was dismissed with a similar wording.

In August, a new head of the railway was appointed. Valery Verenich, who had previously served as the first deputy minister of transport and communications, was appointed.
