The body of a dead Belarusian citizen was found near St. Petersburg. This was reported by the St. Petersburg TV channel.

According to it, a man appealed to the police on Monday evening. He said that he saw a car and a roadblock in blood on the 675th kilometre of the M-11 highway (Moscow-St. Petersburg).

The police arrived at the scene and found the car and the body of a man with slash wounds to both forearms in a ditch next to it. The body was sent to the morgue to establish the cause of death.
