Four Russian Propagandists Stripped Of Accreditation For 2024 Olympics

The Paris Olympic Organizing Committee has stripped four journalists from the Russian state propaganda agency TASS of their previously issued accreditation to work at the competitions.

The accreditation was revoked for three writing journalists and one photojournalist, the agency reports. Three of them managed to attend the opening ceremony of the Olympics and some competitions.

The propagandists claim that the document received from the 2024 Games Organizing Committee does not contain any details, but only a reference to an article from the French Internal Security Code.

Even before the start of the Olympics, it became known that France refused to accredit some Russian journalists, fearing espionage on their part.
