AFU Major: Russian Caesar Kunikov LLS Was Taken By Surprise

The warship was tracked for several weeks so as not to sink it empty.
A veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war, reserve major Oleksiy Hetman commented on how Magura V5 drones hit the Caesar Kunikov large landing ship near occupied Alupka:
— Part of the crew must have been injured when the explosion. I think they were transporting something, because they had been using landing ships for a long time as cargo ships, as a big barge. They were transporting something, it does not travel with no purpose. Moreover, we did not hunt it like in Pirates movies, where our surface drones, unmanned boats, scour the sea, look for prey and then attack it.
No, this ship was tracked, I think, for several weeks. We already knew where and when it moved. I am sure that ours were waiting for it to be loaded, so as not to sink it empty, but to sink weapons at the same time.
I can even assume that these drones did not attack from the shore. I think that they could be at sea already, as they say, in drift, or hidden. They were waiting for their time there. They were deployed in advance. Therefore, the attack was unexpected. These are quite obvious things, there is no mystery here. Therefore, it was taken by surprise and drowned.
Did the crew survive? If other ships approached while it was sinking and managed to [evacuate], then some part of the crew was rescued. But still, they saw this video taken from these drones, what kind of explosion was there. Because of an explosion, it is clear that some [died].
Even on the Titanic, a certain number of people were saved. When a ship sinks, especially if there are other ships nearby, someone manages to survive, this is obvious. Therefore, to say that the entire crew was completely destroyed would be an exaggeration, but we do not say that. But Russians like to exaggerate. The ship exploded and the entire crew survived... I don't know how Russians can believe that. This is obvious, but the stupidity is complete.
