The relatives of the political prisoner are sounding the alarm.

Famous Azerbaijani economist and political activist Gubad Ibadoglu, who was arrested by Ilham Aliyev's regime on trumped-up charges of counterfeiting, dies in prison.

Relatives of the political prisoner are sounding the alarm and asking for help:

“His heart arteries are clogged, and prison administration does not allow Gubad Ibadoglu to be moved to hospital.

Doctor Gubad cannot even move, neither is he allowed a walking stick, while the Red Cross representatives cannot even meet with him.”

In Azerbaijan, he investigated Aliyev's corruption and embezzlement, money laundering, and Azerbaijan's sales of Russian oil and gas to the EU.
