Enforcer Wars: Situation Gets Even Worse For Lukashenka

It gets out of control.

The Nick and Mike Telegram channel writes about the showdown between the KGB and the FID (Financial Investigations Department). According to the channel, the situation for the junta is difficult.

"On the one hand, they wanted to limit themselves to only junior officers who were nightmarizing one particular businessman within the framework of the operation. They did it at their will, but, of course, not without the knowledge of their superiors. More precisely, even with tacit consent: frolic, gain experience, do not forget to share. This is how the system works. However, it is difficult to hide something from their people.

Arrested juniors began to act according to the principle: the more we disclose, the less they will harass us. Here the situation of the ordinary local showdown with a loud slap on the face of the KGC leadership began to get out of control. The arrests of the lower echelons, which were enough to change the FID leadership and remind who was more important, affected the middle and top officials.

And here are all the reasons for sending all the "financial policemen" to resign or behind bars. It would be possible to do it that way. And they even needed it. However, then they will have to admit the obvious: the FID (like other similar bodies) is completely rotten. They purposefully go there not to fight crime, but to lead it – that's legalized racketeering. If the image of the Bluefingered [dictator Lukashenka - Ed.] is already of little concern – it is already clear to everyone that the shoulder straps of the junta are the shoulder straps of the guards in the concentration camp – then there is also the issue of the internal balance of the system.

The plots and fodder base are divided between different bodies in the best traditions of the organized criminal group of the early 90s. The redistribution of spheres of influence can provoke serious showdown. After all, in their free time, they actively collect dirt on competitors from other bodies.

That is, it is not a problem to expose a completely rotten system. The problem is the option to ruin it in internal wars. That is why the "meeting" with Lukashenka, where a new head of the FID was appointed, was truly the meeting with the mob boss, where it was necessary to settle and sort out.

They decided to do it "with few losses". Was it just for this time?
