The target of the attack near Sevastopol has been named.

Ukrainian defense forces hit the command post of the Russian invaders near occupied Sevastopol in order to deprive the enemy of communications on the southern front. Let the enemy be nervous. This was stated by the representative of the Operational Command South Natalya Humenyuk.

On the air of the all-Ukrainian telethon “UA Razom”, she said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the invaders near Sevastopol in order to disrupt their communications on the southern front.

“Our combat work is based precisely on operating at specific points and calculated objects, taking into account the fact that the enemy may be hiding behind the civilian population. Therefore, let’s hope that the intelligence data will allow us to draw voluminous conclusions to make sure that the enemy is losing control of the troops as a result of our work,” Humenyuk explained.

According to her, it is not yet known for certain whether the command post of the Russian military formation was hit. This information is being clarified.

“But the goal was precisely as follows: to deprive the southern direction, in particular, of control. And communications are the nerves of a military operation, so let them be nervous,” Natalya Humenyuk emphasized.

It is important to note that explosions occurred in Yevpatoria and Sevastopol on January 4. Russian invaders blocked the Crimean Bridge. One of the Ukrainian missiles hit the communications command post in Yukharina Balka in Sevastopol.
