Press Secretary of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine Natalya Humenyuk said that Ukrainian troops continue to work to expand bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnipro in the Kherson region.

“Today our work has achieved results. There is an expansion of the bridgeheads. But we must realize that the front line is very flexible and under pressure from enemy units, we know that there are many more of them present on the left bank, they are much better fortified and have an appropriate rear base that can protect them, unlike ours, where there’s Dnipro behind,” Humenyuk said during the briefing.
