Lukashenka's Foreign Minister Siarhei Aleinik is in Uganda, where he is attending the summit of the Non-Aligned Movement. Residents of Uganda, which has been ruled by Yoweri Kaguta Museveni since 1986, did not appreciate the arrival of the Belarusian official in their country.
