‘It Went Through To The Basement’: Russian Military Base Near Avdiivka Destroyed With HIMARS

An occupier showed what was left of the expensive equipment after the strike.

In the Avdiivka direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed a Russian army base along with expensive military equipment with a HIMARS strike.

The occupiers showed the results of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ strike on the Russian military base near Avdiivka. There is almost nothing left of the building, reports dialog.ua.

In the video, the Russian serviceman complains that their repeaters and antennas were destroyed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike.

“We don’t know (...) what it was. There was an emergency exit here... Everything was on fire... It went through right to the basement. Something is exploding there... The fire is still below, it flared up more strongly due to the wind. The smoke is f***ing thick. We found one amplifier for the antenna, that’s it... There was nothing left. Everything burned!” the occupier says off-screen.

It is known that the attack hit a Russian military facility in the Avdiivka direction.

Judging by the snowy landscape captured on video, the incident happened recently.

Ukrainian Telegram channels claim that during the operation, the Ukrainian Defense Forces used the HIMARS multiple launch missile system.

Its missiles are powerful enough to cause such significant damage. The losses of the Russian Armed Forces in manpower during this attack are still unknown. The Russians don't talk about them in the video.
