The details were revealed by adviser to the mayor of Mariupol Petro Andryushchenko.

However, immediately after the fire, the occupiers began to massively move manpower and equipment to the Prymorskyi district of Mariupol. The explosions in Mariupol became known at about 10.40 Minsk time. Currently, Russian air defense was operating in the temporarily captured city. At the same time, as Andryushchenko noted, the occupiers placed their systems close to residential buildings.
