The Kremlin hospital was patrolled day and night.

A source close to the Russian security forces' VChK-OGPU telegram channel said that the crowd of security guards who were on duty at the Kremlin hospital along with Kadyrov's nephew when Chechen ruler Ramzan Kadyrov was being treated were, for some reason, afraid of a visit to the Kremlin hospital by mercenaries from the Wagner PMC.

"They were called 'main enemies' and a threat to the boss... That is why the security was reinforced by members of the FSO and the Russian Interior Ministry," writes the Telegram channel.

Law enforcement officers in civilian clothes patrolled the CKH day and night, guarding the entire complex from outsiders on foot and in cars.

"As for Kadyrov's guardsmen themselves, the 'senior' Chechen group leaders have changed posts at the Kremlin's main hospital several times. One of the most recent is Kadyrov's nephew Idris Cherhigov, head of the Chechen traffic police, who has long been spotted on the territory of the CKH," the VCHK-OGPU reported.
